The Green House Project

Radiant isn’t just for homes. This project had sensitive crops that needed protection from the winter temperatures. This allowed the farm to produce all year long. The heating system consisted of in floor tubing buried below the growing surface in a purpose built substrate. In 40 f degree weather the inside of the greenhouses stay at 70f or above. Each boiler plant is designed with a secondary take off in the event a forced air hydronic heater needs to be added. This location didn’t require it, but in colder climates this would be required.
